Founded in late 2023 by Chu Swee Yeok PBM (former CEO of EDBI) and Dr Basil Lui, AGP operates a multi-fund platform including the AGP Continuation Growth Fund (in divestment mode) and the AGP Healthcare Fund ($150M, closed November 2025). The firm has ~$350M in assets under management, with 11 liquidity events and 7 portfolio listings to date.
